Positive Futures

Our five-year commitment to help change lives in Westminster

Supporting local wellbeing and growth that benefits people and businesses in Westminster is at the heart of Grosvenor’s People Positive  social impact goals.

Launched in February 2026, Positive Futures is Grosvenor’s £5 million, five-year commitment to provide support, skills and work opportunities  for more than 3,000 people in Westminster by 2030. by 2030. The programme focuses on supporting vulnerable young people and residents who face barriers to employment, helping to create fairer, more inclusive pathways into work in one of the UK’s most economically polarised boroughs.

Why Positive Futures?

Westminster is a thriving global destination, but many local residents do not benefit from the opportunities on their doorstep. Working closely with Westminster City Council and local partners, Positive Futures is designed to help change this by widening access to skills, support and employment—ensuring more people can participate in and benefit from local economic success.

Working to deliver real impact

Positive Futures combines direct action across Grosvenor’s business with targeted philanthropic investment in partnership with the Westminster Foundation to expand skills, support and meaningful work opportunities. Partnership-led approach

At the core of the programme is a new lead charity partner, Catch22, who will bring their nationally-leading programmes to Westminster with a focus on supporting young people with experience of the care system. Additional partners such as The Brokerage will develop a new programme to help introduce more young people in Westminster to the property sector.

Each partner brings deep expertise in helping young people build confidence, develop skills and move towards sustainable employment. This partnership-led approach enables us to provide tailored coaching and support, create new pathways into employment and entrepreneurship, and champion diverse local talent across a wide range of sectors.

We are always stronger when we tackle critical issues with like-minded partners, so our model is grounded in collaboration:

Business‑led action — leveraging Grosvenor’s networks, places and relationships to open up opportunities at scale.

Philanthropic investment — together with the Westminster Foundation, funding expert organisations who work directly with young people and residents.

Community partnership — aligning with local priorities to ensure support reaches those who will benefit most.

Together, these elements allow Positive Futures to deliver long‑term, meaningful impact and help create fairer, more inclusive pathways into work for people across Westminster.
